Q. Do I have to be a member to shop on the Buy Sell Trade Club website?
A. You do not have to be a member to browse or shop.

Q. Do I have to be a member to buy or trade?
A. You must be a Buyer Member to buy or trade on Buy Sell Trade Club.

Q. What does it cost to be a Buyer Member?
A. A Buyer Membership is Free.

Q. Do I have to be a member to list items for sale or trade on Buy Sell Trade Club?
A. You must be a Seller Member to list items for sale or trade on Buy Sell Trade Club.

Q. What does it cost to be a Seller Member?
A. A basic Seller Membership fee is $25.00 per year.

Q. How many listings can I have with a $25.00 membership?
A. A $25.00 membership could be 100s or even 1000s of listings see 1000s of Listings and Increased Ceiling Membership.

Q. How does the Wish List work?
A. If you don't find the item you are searching for on Buy Sell Trade Club you can enter the item name on your own personal Wish List. If a Seller Member lists an item that fits the description of your item you will receive a notification sent to your email address. You then simply click on the link in your email and you will go directly to the listing. You must be a Buyer or Seller Member to have your own Wish List.

Q. How do I enter an item in my Wish List?
A. After you set up a Buyer or Seller membership account go to your account page and click on "My Wish List" then click on "Add Item To My Wish List". You then simply enter the item name and click "Add".

Q. How do I contact a Seller/Trader about their item(s) listed for sale or trade?
A. When you click on a listing and go to the detailed information page there will be a link to contact the Seller/Trader. You must be a Buyer or Seller Member and be logged in to contact the Seller/Trader.

Q. How do I pay for a Seller's item(s)?
A. A Seller will have a list of payment options they will accept. The transaction is between Buyer and Seller.

Q. How will the item(s) I've purchased or traded for be shipped/delivered?
A. An agreement on shipping or delivery is between Buyer and Seller/Trader as to form and cost of shipping or delivery.

Q. Can I make an offer for a Seller's item(s)?
A. You can contact a Seller and make an offer. This is strictly between Buyer and Seller.

Q What is a Listing?
A. A listing is a single item offered for sale or trade. Or a listing can be 2 or more items sold or traded as a group for one price. Example #1: 6 Widgets. Price $12.00 not sold separately. Example #2: Four piece living room suite. Price $500.00 not sold separately. If a member decides at a later date to breakup a group and sell or trade as separate items then each item must be re-listed separately and will be counted as one listing each.

Q. How do I list items for sale or trade?
A. You must be a Seller Member to list items for sale or trade. When you fill out the form to become a Seller Member you simply click on My Listings and follow the listing information steps. You will find they are very easy to follow.

Q. How long will my listing(s) be active?
A. All listings will remain active until sold, traded, deleted by the listing member or membership expires or is closed.

Q. What is a Listings Ceiling?
A. A Listings Ceiling is the amount of listings a Seller Member can have at any given time. The basic membership ceiling is 25 listings at any given time but could add up to 100s or 1000s of listings within a $25.00 yearly membership. Example #1: If a member has a 25 Listings Ceiling membership and sells, trades, or drops 15 listings then that member can add 15 new listings. If a member sells, trades or drops 25 listings then that member can add 25 new listings and so on all within one year's membership and continues on when the membership is renewed. Example #2: If a member sells, trades or drops 25 listings per day and replaces them with 25 new listings for the duration of a year's membership that's more than 9,000 listings within a $25.00 membership and that's less than 28 cents per 100 listings.

Q. Can I increase my Listings Ceiling?
A. If a 25 Listings Ceiling is not sufficient for some individuals or businesses you may elect to increase the Listings Ceiling. When signing up for a Seller Membership you can choose the Listings Ceiling that will best serve your needs. Example #1: You can choose a membership with a 50 Listings Ceiling for a membership fee of $50.00 per year. The fee for a membership with a 100 Listings Ceiling would be $100.00 per year and so on (see membership form). Example #2: If a membership with a 250 Listings Ceiling is chosen at a fee of $250.00 per year and a member sells, trades or drops 250 listings per day and replaces them with 250 new listings for the duration of a year's membership that's more than 91,000 listings for $250.00. That's less than 28 cents per 100 listings. This example is possible and shows how unique, inexpensive and beneficial a BSTC membership can be. You will choose the listing ceiling that best fits your needs when filling out a membership form.

Q. Can I increase my Listings Ceiling after I've already started my membership?
A. If a member decides to increase their Listings Ceiling during the course of a yearly membership the fee for the listing ceiling chosen will apply but will only be for the remainder of the current year's membership. When a membership is renewed the new chosen Listings Ceiling fee will apply.

Q. Is there any additional fees charged for a listing?
A. There is a price ceiling of $10,000.00 per listing. A listing with an Asking Price of $10,000.00 or more has an additional fee of $5.00 per listing. This is to compensate for high dollar items such as real estate, new and late model vehicles, heavy equipment, etc. For example $5.00 for a $300,000.00 real estate listing for as long as it takes to sell it (as long as membership is active) is unheard of in today's advertising market.

Q. Can I list my item(s) in more than one category?
A. Yes. You can list your item(s) in one category then relist again in another category. If your Item has an asking price of $10,000.00 or more you will be charged $5.00 for each category you relist it in.

Q. Can I update my listing(s) information?
A. You can update listings anytime 24 hours a day as long as membership is active. Updates consist of changes to price, description, condition, photos or deleting a listing that has been sold or traded. Simply log into your Seller account and click "My Listings". To the right of the listing click on "edit" to upgrade information. Click on "delete" to delete a listing if it has been sold or traded. Changes to listings that will not be allowed are: Name, title, year, model, color, serial number, address(Real Estate) as any of these would constitute a new and different listing.

Q. Do I have to renew my listing(s) periodically?
A. You must renew your listing(s) every 30 days. This is done by simply logging in to your account, clicking on "My Listings" and clicking on "Renew Listings". You then check the Renew box beside each listing always check the "Renew" box on all listings you want to remain active even if they were recently listed. Check the "Delete" box if listing has been sold or traded or you wish to drop the listing. Then simply click the large Renew box at the bottom of the page and you are set for another 30 days. There is no cost involved to renew. Note: You can also delete a listing on the "My Listings" page by clicking on "delete" at the far right of the listing.

Q. Will I be charged any additional fees when I renew my listing(s)?
A. Positively not. There are no fees associated with renewing your listings. Renewing listings every 30 days is a function that tells the Buy Sell Trade Club you are still actively involved in keeping your listings updated, deleted (when necessary) and responding to inquiries etc.

Q. When should I renew my membership?
A. Membership must be renewed before the expiration date. If a membership is not renewed or renewed after the expiration date and there are listings still active on that account those listings could be deleted from the BSTC web site at the end of the current membership. No refunds will be made. If a membership is renewed after the expiration date and listings have been deleted then those listings will have to be re-listed at current fees where applicable. We highly recommend that membership be renewed one month prior to the end of the current membership so there will be no interruptions in service when the current membership expires.
